Q How do you rate the pre-trip communication?
Great. John was easy to talk to about plans and emails were sent quickly.

Q How do you rate the vehicle?
Very nice. Everyone had space for legs/feet and small bags. Being able to watch movies was nice on such a long trip.

Q What improvements could we make?
None that come to mind.

Q Any other comments?
I have to say that John was an excellent driver. The weather conditions were terrible both on the way down and on the way back, but he got us there and home without any trouble. Great Driving John!
